Process Analysis



The process that Pump It Up uses and we will be focusing on is the Event booking/Hosting process. This is the process that goes on and what happens when a customer books an event. First, the customer recognizes the need for the service. After that, they gather and review the data, evaluation of options of booking online or in the store itself. The customer reserves the event online, in-store or over the phone, an employee at Pump It up gets in contact with the customer to confirm the details of the event, and finally the employee posts a purchase evaluation and an end of event survey for the service. The survey is not taken until after the event, Pump It Up just wants to make sure that the survey is not forgotten and that is why it is posted immediately after booking the service.
